Trenchless Services
No-Dig Installation

Trenchless Services

Pneumatic piercing technology for installing fibre conduit under roads, driveways and paved surfaces. Using our own Vermeer positive-turn piercing tools, we open a small entry pit and a receiving/exit pit and bore underground between them (with a mid-point pilot check on longer crossings) — avoiding a continuous open trench and minimising disruption to existing pavement, curbs and landscaping.

Key Benefits: No continuous open trenching across the crossing, minimal surface disruption, faster road and driveway crossings, ideal for new developments with finished curbs and driveways.

Fibre Floating (Cable Blowing)
Cable Installation

Fibre Floating (Cable Blowing)

For short and long haul fibre links, we float (blow) cable manhole-to-manhole using compressed air rather than pulling it — working with duct sizes of 8/5mm, 12/10mm and 14/10mm, and cable diameters from 1mm to 8mm. Where a run can't be completed in one continuous blow, we open and cut the duct at that point and carry on floating from there — standard practice on long-haul routes.

Key Benefits: Minimal stress/tension on the fibre versus pulling it through; compatible with 8/5, 12/10 and 14/10mm ducting; handles 1–8mm cable diameters; proven on long-haul routes.
